What the work is like

  • Real businesses, real decisions

    You work on the numbers of manufacturers and traders with ₹20–200 crore in revenue, where a finance recommendation changes what the promoter does next month.

  • Senior review on your work

    Every output is reviewed by an experienced CFO before it reaches a client. You see how a finance leader reads the same numbers you prepared.

  • Systems over heroics

    We document how work is done, so deadlines are met through process rather than late nights, and nothing depends on one person remembering.

Compensation is discussed at the first conversation and depends on experience.

    How we hire

    Four steps, usually completed within [__ weeks] . We reply to every applicant.

    1. Apply

      Email your CV and a short note on why this role.

    2. First conversation

      A 30-minute call about your experience and what you want to learn.

    3. Practical exercise

      A short task based on the actual work, such as reviewing a sample MIS.

    4. Meet the founder

      A final conversation, then a written offer.
