A Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or any other bachelors’ degree in finance and accounting. Following is the Job Description:
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Maintain financial records, process transactions, and ensure accurate bookkeeping. Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Assist in financial analysis and reporting.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial data, perform ratio analysis, and generate financial reports to support decision-making. Assess financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Taxation and Compliance: Assist in tax planning, compliance, and preparation of tax returns. Stay updated with tax laws and regulations. Provide support in handling tax audits and assessments.
- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Contribute to the development of budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor actual performance against budgets and provide variance analysis. Support in cost control measures and optimization of resources.
- Audit Support: Assist in audit engagements by gathering and organizing financial data, conducting audit procedures, and testing internal controls. Contribute to the identification of risks and suggest recommendations for improvement.
- Business Administration: Support general administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence. Assist in project management, coordination of meetings, and maintaining business records.
- Banking and Financial Services: Liasion with Bankers, daily entries in financial system and Bank reconciliation.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory control and management, including stock tracking, reconciliation, and analysis. Contribute to optimizing inventory levels and reducing costs.
- Data Analysis and Research: Conduct data analysis, research, and market surveys to gather information and provide insights for business decision-making. Help in identifying market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
Preferred Skills:
-Knowledge and work experience of Tally or any other ERP system
-Understanding of English and Hindi (Written and verbal)
-Knowledge of MS Office
