CFO CRAFT is founded by Sudhir Gawandi, business, finance & strategy expert with 20+ years of experience in leadership roles across industries. He has worked as CFO in many organisations.
Sudhir has hands on experience of successfully carrying our acquisitions and integrations of acquired companies. He brings in immense knowledge in Business Strategy planning, implementation of ERP systems, Automation, MIS & Dashboards – an important factor that makes the business process transparent and smoother.
He has created and successfully deployed restructuring plans that meets business objectives. He has strong experience in Tax & Transfer Pricing, Business Valuations, Due Diligences and creation of Capital structures. Sudhir is good at creating finance structure that supports vision and goals of the organization.
Mukesh Gupta is a senior accounting and regulatory professional with over 30 years of experience in differentmindustries, such as financial services, telecom & media, infrastructure, EPC, manufacturing, and IT.
He has strong international accounting and auditing skill sets, with in-depth knowledge of business processes and internal controls. His technical skills include statutory audits, IFRS and US GAAP, COSO framework, IGAAP and Ind-AS, Companies Act, PCAOB, ISA, SEBI regulations, business valuations, and Indian Income Tax. Mukesh has led various complex audits, including audits of prestigious listed companies. He also advises clients on accounting issues relating to IFRS, regulatory matters, and improvement of internal control processes.
Prior to his current position with the firm, Mukesh held various senior positions at Big Four audit firms. He holds a degree in Commerce from Mumbai University (India) and is a qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI.
