A Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or any other bachelors’ degree in finance and accounting. Following is the Job Description:

  1. Accounting and Bookkeeping: Maintain financial records, process transactions, and ensure accurate bookkeeping. Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Assist in financial analysis and reporting.
  2. Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial data, perform ratio analysis, and generate financial reports to support decision-making. Assess financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
  3. Taxation and Compliance: Assist in tax planning, compliance, and preparation of tax returns. Stay updated with tax laws and regulations. Provide support in handling tax audits and assessments.
  4. Financial Planning and Budgeting: Contribute to the development of budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor actual performance against budgets and provide variance analysis. Support in cost control measures and optimization of resources.
  5. Audit Support: Assist in audit engagements by gathering and organizing financial data, conducting audit procedures, and testing internal controls. Contribute to the identification of risks and suggest recommendations for improvement.
  6. Business Administration: Support general administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence. Assist in project management, coordination of meetings, and maintaining business records.
  7. Banking and Financial Services: Liasion with Bankers, daily entries in financial system and Bank reconciliation.
  8. Inventory Management: Assist in inventory control and management, including stock tracking, reconciliation, and analysis. Contribute to optimizing inventory levels and reducing costs.
  9. Data Analysis and Research: Conduct data analysis, research, and market surveys to gather information and provide insights for business decision-making. Help in identifying market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.

Preferred Skills:

-Knowledge and work experience of Tally or any other ERP system

-Understanding of English and Hindi (Written and verbal)

-Knowledge of MS Office
