A candidate who has completed the Intermediate level of the Chartered Accountancy (CA) qualification, as administered by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Following is the Job Description::
- Accounting and Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial data, perform ratio analysis, and prepare financial reports for management. Contribute to the interpretation of financial information and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts. Monitor actual financial performance against budgeted targets and provide variance analysis. Contribute to the identification of cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Financial Systems and Processes: Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of financial systems and processes. Support the improvement of efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of financial operations.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Assist in financial planning activities, such as revenue forecasting, cost analysis, and profitability assessment. Contribute to the evaluation of investment opportunities and the assessment of financial viability.
- Internal Controls and Risk Management: Support the establishment and maintenance of internal control systems to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation activities.
- Compliance and Regulatory Reporting: Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and reporting requirements. Support the preparation and submission of financial reports to regulatory authorities and stakeholders.
- Taxation and Compliance: Assist in tax planning and compliance activities, including preparation and filing of tax returns. Stay updated with tax laws and regulations and help ensure adherence to them. Support in handling tax audits and assessments.
- Audit and Assurance: Support audit engagements by performing audit procedures, testing internal controls, and gathering audit evidence. Contribute to the identification of risks and provide recommendations for improvement. Assist in the preparation of audit reports.
-Knowledge and work experience of Tally or any other ERP system
